At Kinross Cashmere, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
